At Juan Sepúlveda Studios, every piece we create is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want your experience with us to reflect that same level of quality and respect.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the form on our [Contact page]. We’ll gladly guide you through the return or exchange process.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund (including shipping).

  • If the item was received as ordered and in perfect condition, returns are accepted with a 25 % restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

  • Returned items must be received in their original condition and packaging, with any certificates of authenticity included. Items showing wear or damage not caused during shipping cannot be accepted.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and refund processing.

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and approved.

Limited Editions & Fine Art Prints

Every limited edition is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. These works are created in small batches and are considered collectible items.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund.

If you are genuinely unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please reach out — we value every collector relationship and will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Customized, Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Custom creations, personalized works, or made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you. For this reason, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Apparel

Our garments are produced on-demand using modern, slightly fitted cuts for a contemporary look. Please review our sizing guide carefully before ordering.

Because each piece is printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or fit preferences.
If we made an error and sent you the wrong size or design, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Damage Reporting

Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to ensure proper handling and resolution.

How to Begin a Return

Use the form on our [Contact page] and include your order number, item name, and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

Exclusions

Digital downloads, event tickets, and gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.

Policy & Jurisdiction

Juan Sepúlveda Studios reserves the right to deny returns that fall outside these policies or show evidence of misuse.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
